Can I get my gold card on the app?

Yes! We have heard everyone loud and clear, the Gold card will now be in the app - in fact the only way to use your Gold discount will be on the app.

Can I still use my gold card?

Unfortunately not, because the new app is part of a much bigger tech stack in house, it means it will not talk to our new till and loyalty system anymore. All your Rewards will be available on the app.

The Gold Card App looks different, is it a different app?

Nope! It's the same NEW HatHats Rewards app, just with it's fancy clothes on! You download the same app as everyone else and when you login and activate your profile, it will recognise you as a Gold Card member and change the look from there, clever hey?

I was in the process of saving for a Gold Card?

You can still be saving up your points to become a Gold Card member and redeem them the same way you previously would. Although we have longer term plans that will change how you become a Gold Card member, in Phase 2 of our app. Our launch with Phase 1 means things won't change too much!

Will I stay a Gold Card member in the new app?

Yes! All our current Gold Card members who had Gold BEFORE the new app launch will stay Gold.

What is changing for Gold Card Members?

Gold Card members will be given many more Rewards as a thank you for your loyalty and continued support. These will automatically pop up on your app. Some may expire, some may not, so do check them when you see them!

Are there more plans for Gold Members?

Yes, in Phase 2 which we're planning for quarter 4 of 2026, we have a big overhaul for the way Gold membership is obtained. Creating a much fairer and Rewarding way for our customers to become a Gold members (as well as some other perks along the way!! But more on this later...)
